The Art of Letting Go is a 3-day live workshop held over Zoom, May 6th-9th at 4:30 PM PST. Each session is 90 minutes long, with time for teaching, guided practice, and integration. You’ll receive the full schedule upon registration.
This is not therapy, and instead of coaching, Raj would call this "guidance." This is a guided experience that blends nervous system tools, emotional awareness, and reflection practices — rooted in thousands of hours in real-life testing, not just theory. It’s not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic.
